What does Ars Club sell?

Ars Club curates modern pet essentials across walking, hydration and care, including harnesses, collars, leads, water fountains and grooming tools.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes, we ship across Australia. Standard delivery is A$10 and complimentary on orders of A$199 or more.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, and personalised items within 4–8 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

How do I choose the right harness size?

Products with size options include a size guide on the product page. Measure your pet before ordering and compare those measurements with the guide for that specific product.

Can I get replacement filters for my fountain?

Yes. Each Ars Flow fountain uses its own filter format. Choose the fountain with extra matched filters on its product page when you order. Classic, Grand and Petite filters are not interchangeable.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing.
